Job Description

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging content through the use of sketches, storyboards, and animations. He/She will work closely with other team members to understand project goals, creating high-quality visuals that effectively communicate those goals.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics, but not limited to, social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, posters, and digital ads.
- Create visual concepts, static & animated graphics, and designs that meet the requirements of the campaign & project brief.
- Produce high-quality visuals that communicate the desired message and resonate with the target audience and ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all design projects.
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative associates & managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent visual language across all channels.
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
- Continuously analyze market & design trends, techniques, and technologies to improve the quality of work.
- Present and explain visual concepts to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years as in visualizer/graphic designer & 2D animator.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite & other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Overview
You will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing technical specifications on websites based on user requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality
- Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
Requirements
- 06 months to 1 year of experience in WordPress development.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

Job Overview
As a Research & Community Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of online communities. Your purpose will be to ensure that every member has a ense of belonging and ownership and that the community creates value for its members.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies to cultivate thriving research community on social media platforms.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including community members of a Facebook group, policymakers, industry partners, and funding agencies.
- Facilitate collaboration between researchers and community members to address critical community needs and priorities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of community-engaged research projects.
- Manage and maintain community engagement resources, including online platforms, communication materials, and databases.
- Conduct outreach and education activities to promote research awareness and understanding within the community.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on community engagement activities and research outcomes on Facebook groups, Instagram and LinkedIn.
